100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La conferenza finale si \u00e8 tenuta a Malta il 14 maggio 2024.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nAlla conferenza hanno partecipato circa 100 persone, tra cui genitori e professionisti che lavorano con genitori e giovani.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nDurante la conferenza sono stati presentati i risultati del progetto, insieme ai contributi di ciascun partner e alle esperienze di diversi genitori, professionisti e altre parti interessate durante una tavola rotonda.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nInfine, sono stati presentati tutti i risultati del progetto, con particolare attenzione allo strumento digitale, spiegato in tutti i dettagli durante la conferenza.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb wp-block-pgcsimplygalleryblock-justified
