Tako\u0111er je va\u017eno unutar \u0161kole stvoriti atmosferu u kojoj djeca mogu otvoreno razmi\u0161ljati i razgovarati o seksualnosti i rodnom identitetu.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>Potrebno je pru\u017eiti podr\u0161ku studentima koji imaju vr\u0161nja\u010dke probleme, a potrebno je i da profesori otvoreno razgovaraju sa studentima o transrodnosti, va\u017enosti prihva\u0107anja te jednakosti i razli\u010ditosti, kako bi sprije\u010dili odbacivanje i olak\u0161ali transrodnom djetetu na razini cijele \u0161kole. Vi\u0161estruke regresijske analize otkrile su zna\u010dajan prediktivni utjecaj pozitivnosti nastavnika na osje\u0107aj povezanosti u\u010denika razli\u010ditih spolova sa svojim \u0161kolskim okru\u017eenjem, isti\u010du\u0107i potrebu da nastavnici budu upu\u0107eni i potvr\u0111uju rodnu raznolikost (Ullman, J.; 2019.).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Kao roditelj, upoznajte se s pravilima i postupcima \u0161kole va\u0161eg djeteta u vezi s promjenama imena i spola. \u0160kole mogu imati posebne protokole za a\u017euriranje evidencije u\u010denika i dokumentacije. Ako ih nema, mo\u017eete zagovarati tu ideju i tako im dati podr\u0161ku.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Va\u017eno je stvoriti klimu za provedbu uklju\u010divih politika koje izri\u010dito zabranjuju diskriminaciju na temelju rodnog identiteta i izra\u017eavanja.
