The different \u00a0activities carried on with 18 trainers and 360 parents in the project countries gave to the project team the opportunity to collect comprehensive feedbacks on the project training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This brought inspiring inputs leading to reviews and enhancement of the effectiveness of the GENDER 101 training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some trainers\u2019 and educators’ suggestions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u201cDisseminate these contents to the school and university world.\u201d
\u201cWe should deepen the legislature in the educational sphere to then be more incisive.\u201d
\u201cGender 101 project could be a valuable dissemination tool to be used within the school context.\u201d
\u201c\u2026 certainly useful for a better understanding of gender diversity, a topic that is still underdeveloped in many areas. Its aspects and
approaches are emphasised and relevant focus is provided.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I learnt new methods to approach children with gender diversity.\u201d
\u201cAll topics were well-explained.\u201c
\u201cThe training was excellent.\u201d
\u201cI received useful information on the topic of gender diversity in young people.\u201d
\u201cThrough this training I was given clarity about gender diversity in children and adolescents\u2026 and how to deal with serious situations such as bullying.\u201d
\u201cI learnt a very interesting aspect of a little-studied subject.\u201d
\u201cThe training was very useful for me to better understand certain aspects and to know how to better approach the school context.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
